Growing up in Conrad Montana just 45 minutes north of Great Falls, Dr. Clay developed his love for central Montana, basketball, golfing, hunting and fishing.
Dr. Clay attended Montana State University where he worked on the coaching staff of the Montana State Bobcats basketball team and obtained his bachelor's degree in exercise science- human performance. While attending Montana State, Dr. Clay met his wife, Sonia.
After receiving his bachelors, Dr. Clay went on to Northwestern Health Sciences University located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was here Dr. Clay obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic with an emphasis in sports injuries and family care.
During his time receiving his doctorate, Dr. Clay put a number of hours into continued education obtaining certifications in CSCS (certified strength and conditioning specialist), Active Release Technique, Dry Needling, SFMA, McKenzie Technique of the lumbar spine, Certified Kinesiology Taping Practitioner, FAKTR and Motion Palpation Institute. He continues his education every year with seminars and courses that will enhance his skills and keep his techniques up to date.
Dr. Clay works full time at Gallatin Valley Chiropractic in Bozeman, 8- time winner of the Bozeman's Choice Chiropractor, and travels to Great Falls to work at his practice one to two weekends a month.
